<p>We are currently seeking a director/a for our school in Caldes de Montbui.</p>

<p>As director/a, we will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and financial aspects.</p>

<p><br>Responsibilities<br></p>

<ul><li><br></li><li>Supervising all daily operations and 360° management of the center at Kids&amp;Us, from both a commercial and academic standpoint;<br></li><li>Increasing sales through the implementation of specific sales strategies, monitoring our sales KPIs frequently;<br></li><li>Welcoming clients and building relationships with parents, as well as providing customer consultation and family engagement activities;<br></li><li>Collaborating with the Marketing Office of the main headquarters to increase brand awareness, credibility, and market share in favor of Kids&amp;Us.<br></li></ul>

<p><br>Qualifications<br></p>

<ul><li><br></li><li>Ability to plan activities;<br></li><li>Excellent customer consultation and commercial relationship-building skills;<br></li><li>Previous experience in the education, commercial, or retail sectors as a sales consultant, sales manager, team leader, store/school manager, or vice/assistant store manager;<br></li><li>Ability to manage and motivate our teachers;<br></li><li>Good knowledge of English (C1).<br></li><li>Have a Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
