Job Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
- Research industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
- Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
- Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
- Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications

- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline.
- Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Accept guidance and direction from more senior roles or managers.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and verify understanding.
