About the Role
At Welaxio , we are looking for a UiPath Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our innovative and growing team in Madrid. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions that support business processes and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain UiPath automation workflows and solutions
Build efficient, well-structured, and scalable automation programs and scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Analyze large datasets and provide analytical and automation-driven solutions
Ensure code quality, documentation, and best practices using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a UiPath Developer
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Ability to work with large datasets and deliver analytical solutions
Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Python development skills
Knowledge of additional automation or scripting tools
French language skills
