Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.
Strategically located next to Stellantis´ plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Blue Collar Training Technician, who will collaborate in the design of learning programs to develop operators’ competencies and support the organization's strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the operators training and certifications.
- Support in the implementation of the production training system.
- Organize and complete the certification process for operators in the production department
- Support in the operator’s promotion processes.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Intermediate level Vocational training.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Chinese culture and language would be highly valued.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Training Department.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and active communication.
- Required on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
