We are looking for a

Logistics Specialist

who will manage the coordination of inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations to ensure products move efficiently across the supply chain. You will be the key connector between partners, carriers, and internal teams, making sure execution is smooth from supplier to customer.
Responsibilities

Lead inbound operations
Lead outbound operations
Manage & supervise the warehouse performance
What we’re looking for

Experience managing and negotiating with external partners. You could come from Logistics, Retail Ops, Warehouse management, or Store/POS management; what matters is that you are used to handling stakeholders and "moving" the operation.
Experience with ERPs and a good handle on Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Fluent English and native/advanced Spanish oral & written (you’ll use both every day).
Someone who thrives in the chaos of operations and finds solutions before others even see the problem.
You are comfortable pushing for better terms and keeping everyone in the loop.
You can manage the "now" without losing sight of the final delivery.
